Property Management
We can handle all aspects of property management; from collecting rent to maintenance service and everything in between. I have gathered a team of highly respected and good quality vendors and workers to help provide the best possible service.
Leasing
One of the most important parts of Property Management is finding a good quality renter to live in and care for your real estate investment as if it were their own home. We have a detailed process to ensure we vet and place the best possible candidate while following all fair-housing laws.
Sales
I have been able to assist people in buying their first home, selling their home, and have provided insight on market conditions throughout the Pittsburgh region. I also partner with several of the top real estate agents that Pittsburgh has to offer. If I am not 100% certain I can't get the best for you, I'll bring in the best in the business to help.

My name is Bradley Naedele
My main goals in this industry are to provide you with great service, be an actual person you can go to in a tech-driven world, and do my best to work with you on achieving your real estate goals. I started my professional career in the student-housing industry as a Leasing Consultant and quickly grew to become a Property Manager, overseeing all aspects of management with Class-A and B student-housing properties. After traveling across the country and back, working in the student-housing industry, I decided to settle down in Pittsburgh and get into conventional housing as a Property Manager, overseeing the performance of class-A through class-C apartment buildings. I then took my skills and experience and joined Berkshire Hathaway at the beginning of 2020 and have been growing and diversifying my residential portfolio ever since. I currently manage single-family dwellings, duplexes and triplexes, a 74-unit class-A property near downtown Pittsburgh, and everything in between. I also work in residential sales. I pride myself in having valuable, reliable people within my team and network that I can count on. I continue to educate myself every year and bring over 10+ years of experience to any project of mine. In addition, Berkshire Hathaway has an entire accounting, marketing, IT, and support team able to assist any project you may have!

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Property Management Company, formerly T & R Real Estate, has been serving the Pittsburgh and Southwestern Pennsylvania area for over 30 years. Throughout the years, we have gained a solid reputation for providing high-quality, professional property and association management, commercial real estate and residential rental services.
In 2014, we joined the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices family and changed our name from T & R Real Estate to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Property Management Company. This transition allowed us to expand and serve a wide geographic area in providing leasing and management services for dwellings, condominium and homeowners' associations, offices, and commercial buildings, as well as handling commercial sales for the organization.
